Thomas Maynard, 74, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on April 8, 1950 in Paintsville, KY to parents Thescal and Annie Maynard.
Tom was a graduate of Cedarville High School Class of 1968. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army, where he honorably served his country. After completing his service, Tom moved to Ashtabula, where he later met and married Debbie on September 29, 2008.
Known for his exceptional work ethic, he served as a lieutenant with the Ashtabula County Sheriff's Department for over ten years. More recently, he worked at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant. Tom was cherished by all who knew him and his family will always remember him as the kindest and sweetest man ever.
Left to cherish the memories of Thomas is his wife of 16 years, Debbie Maynard; children, Thomas (Jennifer) Maynard, Jr. of Madison, Stacey Maynard of Painesville, and Frank (Michelle) Hobbs of Geneva; grandchildren, Nathaniel Ma
