Heather A. Gillingham, 51, of Ashtabula, OH, passed away on January 23, 2025, after a 15-year battle with a rare ovarian cancer. Heather was born on September 25, 1973 on Langley Air Force Base to Ann K. (Whitney) Gillingham and the late Kenneth E. Gillingham. Her family later moved to Meadville, PA, where Heather graduated from Meadville Area Senior High School. Heather, known to her close friends and family as Heddi or Heddi-G, worked at many jobs in her young adulthood where she would build lifelong friendships with coworkers some of which would include Ponderosa, Pizza Hut, Carini Restaurant, and Red Lobster. It was at Red Lobster in 1996 that she met, and fell in love with, her soulmate and partner, Andrea Casbohm. The two shared their lives blissfully for over 28 years. Heather earned an Associates Degree in Marketing and Management from Tri-State Business Institute.
