Debra L. Johnson, 67, of Ashtabula, passed away peacefully, Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Saybrook Landing. Debra was born October 24, 1957, in Oswego, New York, daughter of the late Bernard and Muriel (Miller) Douglas, Sr. She married the love of her life Robert L. Johnson, Sr. on April 16, 1977. Over the years Debra worked as a manager at McDonald's in the harbor and then went to work as a cashier at Circle K. She enjoyed jigsaw and crossword puzzles and playing BINGO. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Bernard (Andrea) Johnson, Joseph (Tammie) Johnson, Jessica Currence, Christina (Jimmy) Gast, Robbie (Donnie) Terrill, Daniel (Lindsey) Johnson; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, William "Butch" Douglas, Lillian Jacobson, Bernard Douglas, Jr., Elsie Douglas, Joan Ward, and Betty "BJ" Mills.
